Francis J Cornely
ATTORNEY AT LAW
"Frank" graduated from the College of Charleston in 1984 with a degree in Political Science after serving in the Air Force from 1976 to 1980. In 1987, Frank earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Prior to entering private practice in 1990, he was an Assistant Solicitor for the 9th Judicial Circuit of South Carolina. Frank has served as a Municipal Judge since 1990. Previously serving as Municipal Judge for the City of Hanahan, the Town of Mt. Pleasant. Frank is currently the Chief Municipal Judge for Town of Sullivan's Island.

Frank is a member of the Charleston County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Judges Association, and South Carolina Summary Court Judges Association.

In his free time Frank volunteers for Second Chance Bikes where he is also Vice President of the Board of Directors.
Frank is presented the Pro Bono Award at the 2024 South Carolina Bar Convention.
Dora L. Bell
Paralegal
Dora grew up in Dillon, SC, and graduated from Dillon HIgh School before attending Francis Marion University. She moved with her family to the Charleston area in 1992, and has since been a part of the Charleston legal community. She has an extensive background in the area of criminal defense and enjoys helping clients through a difficult time in their lives.
Allison M. Barrett
Paralegal
A Virginia native, Allison graduated from James Madison University with a BA in Justice Studies and a minor in Humanitarian Affairs. In search of warmer weather, Allison relocated to Mount Pleasant in 2014 and has since completed her Paralegal Certification.
